Three ways to work together. One place to start.
Every engagement begins with the thirty-day diagnosis. I don’t take retainers cold. You need to know what’s actually wrong before you decide how much help you want fixing it, and so do I.
See the System
30-Day Diagnosis & Plan. $25,000. Fixed scope, fixed price.
Thirty days embedded in your company. I interview the leadership team and the people who actually know what’s going on, sit in the meetings where decisions are supposed to get made, read the plans, the numbers, and the Slack threads, and build a map of how the company really works.
What you get at the end:
- The system map: how decisions flow, where they stall, and what’s keeping them stuck
- The three root causes behind the twenty symptoms
- The three to five decisions that, made, would unblock everything else
- A sequenced plan to make them
- A definition of success for the next phase, written in your words
Some companies take the plan and run with it. Some ask me to stay. Both are fine outcomes.
Drive the Change
Embedded operating partnership. Three, six, or nine months. Scoped after the diagnosis.
I join your leadership team as a thinking partner and operator. I’m in the room for the decisions, I help design and execute the changes, and I hold the rhythm until it holds itself. Depending on what the diagnosis surfaced, that can mean leadership and role redesign, an operating cadence and scorecard the company actually uses, a financial trajectory you can steer by, strategy the founders co-own, or the go-to-market plan nobody was executing.
Each run has a checkpoint at the end where we both decide, honestly, whether continuing serves the company. The goal is your leadership team running the system without me.
Co-Founder Reset
Three-month partnership intensive. Scoped after a confidential call.
For founding partners who have stopped trusting each other and want to fix it. Structured joint sessions, private preparation and debrief sessions with each founder, and a working agreement you write together and actually use.
